I provide a space where you can share your thoughts, addressing life key moments to manage daily life as a woman. I believe in order to navigate life, with support from loving and caring people, we can strive toward our fullest potential. This helps us to be at peace with ourselves and with those we love and serve.
Do you need to process your birth with someone who understands? Or are you a midwife who needs some nurturing for yourself because you have nurtured others so much? Are you a mother who feels overwhelmed and lost and need help to get going again? Are you considering a homebirth versus a hospital birth and want to explore your options?
Please contact me and I look forward to our conversations!

Hello! I am Sandy Parish. I rejoice in Christ my Savior, who has saved me not by my own works but through His grace. Because He teaches us to walk by faith, life is never dull and is filled with joys and sorrows interwoven.
My husband and I just celebrated 42 years of marriage. Together we conceived four children and welcomed one more through adoption. Because I wasn’t quite done having babies, we later adopted a sibling group of three when they were very small.

Our journey included two rounds of raising children—complete with diapers, toddlers, and the joys of homeschooling—while also navigating the experience of older kids leaving home and getting married. Life has taught me many lessons, and I’m grateful for the privilege of raising our eight children, all of whom have now become adults and blessed us with 16 wonderful grandchildren who fill our lives with joy.
My husband and I have also embraced a vibrant church life, where we serve and mentor young men and women. I have always had a deep love for babies and their mothers, which led me to offer doula services for the past 25 years. I’m currently near completion of midwifery school, a journey I’ve cherished.
