*Outside of On-Call period I am available Tuesday- Thursday from 8am-7pm.

*Doula hours are 24/7, so this allows me to protect family time outside of the on-call period. This is the time I am MOST available to answer emails, phone calls, texts, and schedule consultations.

I believe birth is one of the foundations of humanity, and mothers have an entitled right to birth care, educated and compassionate birth providers, and emotional/mental support through their unique journey into motherhood.
My heart and passion is providing care for families facing the “extraordinary” birth. C-section, VBAC, high-risk, trauma-affected, and neurodivergent. Life may feel out of your control, but I can help you build the tools to carve out your footing in the midst of the unexpected (and overstimulating).
I offer fertility coaching, prenatal coaching, VBAC & gentle
c-section birth support, postpartum support, and first year parenting support.
I’m a scrunchy mom of two boys, a military reserves wife, a copious chai and coffee drinker, an autumnal fanatic, a lover of all things fantasy/sci-fi, and birth nerd.
